Marketing Automation Manager

Your mission
The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing automation strategies to support our institution's enrollment and engagement goals. This role will focus on leveraging CRM systems to optimize marketing campaigns, improve lead generation, and nurture relationships with prospective and current students. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of CRM experience, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing automation tools and techniques.
Your profile
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies to drive student enrollment and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms) to support marketing campaigns and lead management processes.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows to support lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Create email campaigns, and personalized communication strategies to nurture leads and retain students.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admissions, communications, sales, student experience and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and segmented databases.
  • Collaborate in maintaining and updating the university website and online content including forms and online documents.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and CRM, implementing innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation tools and CRM best practices.
Position requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering. Additional qualifications in Data Analytics or Data Science will be highly valued.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation and CRM management. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Forms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their integration with other software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with email marketing best practices is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with data segmentation and database management.
  • Either native English speaker or proficiency level of English competency.
