· At least 5-6 years of experience in International Education/EdTech/Education industry preferably in managing call centre/customer service executives of which at least 2 years should be at a team leader position.
· Knowledge of Dubai/European market is preferable but not mandatory. Team handling experience of managing at least 8-10 member.
· Target driven and ability to achieve numbers in highly competitive environment.
· Experience and knowledge of setting up processes will be an added advantage.
· Experience and knowledge of CRM and telephony is a must.
· Excellent communication skills and team player
· Knowledge of pre-sales would be an advantage
· Degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
