Your mission

The Visa Compliance Officer supports international students throughout the admissions process by providing guidance on visa requirements for Spain, France, Germany and US. The role ensures that students receive accurate, timely information and that all documentation aligns with applicable immigration regulations.

Tasks and Responsabilities

  • Support international students during the admissions process with visa and immigration requirements for Spain, France, Germany and US.
  • Provide clear guidance on required documentation, timelines, and application procedures
  • Review student documentation to ensure completeness and compliance before visa application submission
  • Coordinate with Admissions teams to ensure alignment between offer issuance and visa processes
  • Act as the main point of contact for student visa-related queries
  • Liaise with external stakeholders when necessary (e.g., consulates, visa centers) to stay up to date with requirements
  • Monitor changes in visa regulations in Spain, France, Germany and US and update internal guidelines accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of student visa documentation and application status
  • Support reporting and ensure proper tracking of visa-related cases
  • Contribute to the improvement of admissions and visa support processes

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in student services, admissions, or visa support (higher education preferred)
  • Knowledge of student visa processes in Spain, France, Germany and/or US is a strong advantage
  • Experience working with international students

  • Excellent communication skills, with a student-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
  • Problem-solving and proactive mindset
  • Ability to explain complex requirements in a simple and clear way
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Spanish, German and/or French (preferred)
