Your mission
Support the Business Development Director in developing two distribution channels for the recruitment of students for the company worldwide: agents and partners 
Your profile
  • Support the business development director in developing two distribution channels for the recruitment of students for the company: agents and partners
  • Qualify and generate new business opportunities
  • Negotiations and follow-up activities with clients all over the world
  • Evaluate market trends and provide support to product development
  • Develop individual business plan for each client according to each market
  • Analyze business strategies and put improvement plans on in order to provide the annual growth requested by the company
  • Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities via direct communication with client’s decision makers
  • Develop and manage initiatives to increase sales
  • Manage all customers communication and maintain effectiveness relationship with all of them by bringing ideas and providing them personalized assistance
  • Review competitor initiatives and efforts that can affect the business trend
  • New clients search
Position requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required from an accredited/recognized institution.
  • Position based in Madrid
  • Fluent Spanish and English

Additional Qualifications: 
  • Possess high level knowledge of the higher education market and industry.
  • Possess high level understanding of business and technology programs of study.
  • Must be goal and client oriented and have the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience reaching or exceeding goals
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer service or advising experience in an educational environment entailing one on one interaction is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Must possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to accurately convey University information as described above.
  • Must have an excellent command of professional presentation skills and be comfortable presenting to groups both large and small.
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively in a team environment
